Bertrand Pepper started in the construction field in the mid 1990's and after graduating form
Cape Coral High School he joined the Army National Guard, later in 1999 he went into the
active Army as an Airborne Reconnaissance. He was stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC., and in
Germany. While stationed in Germany he attended the Army's Non Commissioned Officer
Academy. In November 2002 he was honorably discharged from the army and returned to
Cape Coral. Shortly after he started in the real estate field. Bert is a graduate of the
Academy of Real Estate Education.

Florida Gulf Coast University. She is currently the office manager and the treasurer of A+
Reliable Appraisers, Inc. She has been the bookkeeper and record manager for other small
businesses and for a very large doctors firm.
